- They suggest you to bring your folding chairs for the aerie of fire

CONDITIONS OF TENANCY
Camping Lac Vert reserves the right to prioritize those who provide a deposit ($300 per week)
- Regulations: - every person, during her arrival, promises to acquaint with regulations of the Camping Lac Vert and to conform to it during his stay
- Occupation: - rates are based on an occupation of 2 adults and their children under 18 of the same family.
- Arrival Time: 4:00 p.m.
- Departure Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Outstripped departures: - no deduction or refund is granted.
- Animals: - For health questions animals are forbidden.
- It is forbidden to smoke in trailers. Any breach of these regulations will lead to immediate expulsion, without refund.
- No tent or shelter will be able to be installed without the approval of the owners.
- Tenancy - During your departure, the trailer must be left clean and in the same condition as during your arrival. Damage or breaking, even accidental, will be invoiced on your credit card.
The entirety of expenses as well as the footprint of your credit card is
requested at your arrival. The deposit received during your reservation,
will have gone back to you at the end of your stay if the examination of the
trailer and its places, is considered satisfactory. The footprint of the credit
card is also kept during your stay, in case of breaking or in theft of equipment, having a more well brought up
value than the deposit.
- Cancellation: - deposit is repayable at no time. You must advice us of your desire to cancel, 4 weeks before your arrival date. With an advice of less than 4 weeks, the entirety of expenses of tenancy is invoiced on your credit card. In this situation, we are going to try of re-rent the trailer and if we succeed, we shall reimburse the tenancy less the deposit which is never repayable.
- Credit card - The exposure of your number of credit card authorizes us to invoice the sum of your stay or the sum of cancellation, if you did not respect our politics of cancellation asking you for an advice of 4 weeks.
